Dear Friends and Colleagues,

we are pleased to present you the SMILE 2025 meeting that will happen in Milan, Humanitas Convention Center, on the 20th-22nd, February 2025.
The meeting will focus, as usual, on the newest and more interesting topics regarding the management of complex and revision cases in shoulder surgery, deeply analyzed with highlight lectures, live and re-live surgeries. Clinical cases discussion and round table will allow participants to interact and discuss the topics. An international faculty with top players in the field will be sharing their experience and expertise.
The first day the morning session will be all around shoulder instability, focusing on bony procedures, arthroscopic and open. In the afternoon the treatment of rotator cuff will be the main topic, biology and technical latest advancements will draw your attention.
The second day topics will be shoulder arthroplasty, analyzing and sharing complex and revision cases. In the afternoon we will have a special session about the new technologies regarding shoulder surgery that will make able all the participants to know more about all the latest technologies that are bringing benefit in our daily activity. We will conclude with a highlight lecture about 3D printing in shoulder arthroplasty.
The final day stands out with a rehabilitation session for physiotherapists, orthopedics, physiatrists and rehabilitation doctors with new technologies’ presentation and a workshop about ultrasound diagnostics for shoulder. In parallel, an arthroscopic cadaver lab for surgeons is scheduled (according to the number of applications).
